Let’s hop on a call to see if this is the right fit. You’re either an existing operator looking to increase your bookings through design, or new to the business and looking for someone who can physically go in and set up your property.
Terms, contracts and pricing
You have the option of deciding how much you want us to handle. We’re a full service duo here, so the minimum investment is $5,000, with 50% to be paid upfront.
Research, design, and presentation.
We’ll take 3-5 days to research your area and property. This will allow us to put together a comprehensive design plan, with recommendations of the level of furnishing and design needed to stand out.
Schedule install, and our team onsite.
We’ll spend anywhere from 1-4 weeks turning your property around and making it the most attractive option in your niche. We’ll also schedule and work with a photographer to take the best photos for your listing, along with a recommended cover photo.
